ThunderCare - Network Support Contract Packages

ThunderIT offers monthly support contracts to suit the needs of any sized business. With these packages, you get hours of administration for a flat fee. These packages also reduce the normal hourly rates. These packages are specifically designed to allow you to better budget for your routine maintenance, as well as provide a buffer in the case of a disaster or breakdown. If you have one of these packages, and your network goes down, you are covered by the included hours, and the lower rates. The most important aspect of these packages is the peace of mind they give you in knowing that we are on standby, read to serve at a moments notice.

Our packages include hours of 'Remote Administration', which is where we use remote management technologies (such as RDP, MSTSC, VNC, and SSH) to administer your network and servers from our remote location. This option allows faster service (no travel time) and is less expensive. Remote Administration provides almost all of the benefits of the physical presence of our consultants, but at a reduced cost. Once each month, we will schedule a visit to your site and update the spyware and virus scanning software on your computers and conduct a full scan and remove any offending files. This is a required step to ensure the safety of your data, and the usability of your computer systems. A Network Assessment is a complete mapping and diagram of your network. The report includes specific details on each of the computers and servers that make up your network, tips on how to improve performance, security and reliability, and a baseline analysis of bandwidth and server usage. The Security portion of a Network Assessment is not nearly as detailed as a full Security Assessment. A Security Assessment is a report that details a number of metrics that measure the susceptibility of your network and computers to intrusions from external and internal sources. These metrics include; password complexity audits, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, logging diagnostics, and a traffic analysis.
